Return & Refund Policy

At Aerlune, we take great care to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards before it reaches you. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Change of Mind

If you no longer want the product for personal reasons:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery (item must be unused and sealed)
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply
  • Once returned and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund minus shipping & restocking fees


2. Opened or Used Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or installed.

  • If the product and packaging show no defect or damage, and you decide to return it after opening or using, the item will not be eligible for a refund or exchange
  • Please make sure the product is right for you before opening the seal
  • This policy helps us maintain safety standards and ensure product integrity for all customers


3. Damaged or Defective Product

If your item arrives broken or does not function properly:

  • Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photo/video proof
  • If it’s a manufacturing defect or a shipping damage, we’ll send a replacement
  • You won’t bear any cost, but we require visual proof to initiate claims


4. Wrong Item Shipped

If you received the wrong item or quantity:

  • Please reach out to us right away and include clear photos of the package and its contents. 
  • Our team will carefully review your original order against what you received, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement right away at no cost to you. 


5. Delivery Delays
Our product typically arrives within 10–15 business days. However, depending on factors like your location or unforeseen shipping delays, it may take up to 25 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days:

  • Please contact us — we’ll track the shipment and assist right away. 
  • In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit, depending on the cause of the delay. 


6. Lost Package (Marked “Delivered”)
If tracking says “delivered” but you never received the package:

  • We’ll initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier
  • If confirmed lost or misdelivered, we’ll offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on carrier outcome
  • This is handled on a case-by-case basis, please make sure you input the right delivery instructions on the checkout page.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout:

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong location
  • The customer is responsible for any re-shipping or replacement costs. 

8. 1-Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our product. Every Aerlune device is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality

If your device stops working due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, please contact us with your order number and a clear description (or photo/video) of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or repair.
